Mark Hooley

Mark Hooley (LinkedIn) has 30 years experience practicing law and operating businesses.  Mr. Hooley spent more than seven years at large Minneapolis law firms practicing primarily in the areas of general business law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate law and tax law.

Mr. Hooley has also operated companies in the industries of equipment finance, franchising and real estate development.  Mr. Hooley also has a significant amount of experience advising and operating distressed businesses. Founder and Managing Member of Insitu Law, PLC (2009 – Present).
