- Represent software licensor on a wide variety of issues including license agreements, vendor agreements, and employment issues.
- Represent large software implementation enterprise on a widerange of legal issues including master service agreements, employment issues,board governance and acquisitions.
- Act as outside general counsel for publicly traded manufacturer with international operations. Advise and manage all legal issues facing suchclient.
- Act as outside general counsel for large software development and implementation firm. Advise on all legal issues facingsuch client including master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data privacy matters, employment matters, ownership transition, mergers and acquisitions and board and shareholder governance.
- Represent large Fintech and purchase order finance enterprise on issues including finance agreements and intercreditor agreements.
- Represent and act as outside general counsel for data security services firm. Assisted such client in convertible note offering.
- Represented large civil engineering firm in its acquisition of complementary engineering firm.
- Represent and act as outside general counsel for manufacturer of air supported structures (domes). Advise on a range of legal issues including corporate structure, manufacturing agreements, services agreements, employment issues, litigation management and strategic planning.
- Represent the American Birkebeiner (on a pro-bono basis) with respect to a variety of issues facing the non-profit.
- Represent and act as outside general counsel for established insurance services firm.
